Webcasts are shipped with a downloadable URL contains the information for webinar registration and corresponding password to access the webinar. Full refund: 7 days prior to the webcast date. 50% refund: 1 day prior to the webcast date.
(There is no refund after the webcast started. We sincerely hope you understand that the space is limited and after the course started, we can no longer sell the space reserved for you to others.)
