Insert c codeing into html

Im a big beginner to objective-c, som if my question is really dumb please forgive me.

Anyway, im trying to make a php/html5 mobile site, and want the numpad to come through instead of the normal text pad.

But in my effort, I simply can insert any objective-c code into any of my files, so I would lke to know if somebody could help me.
