Pg. 3 says all sample code is available online - recommend removal

Paragraph just above "How this book is organized" header.

".....You are strongly encouraged to run each program (all of which are available online)......"

Contradicts statements of this forum that code is purposefully not posted because author feels typing in is better for trial & error learning for students.  

Statement led to a lengthy search of the forum for edition 4 sample code.  There are several forum posts asking for the location of the source code as well.  Also confuses message with statement on page 5 statement that "official" source code is NOT available online. Would recommend deleting the statement in "all of which is available online".  

Great book, enjoying it so far!
