Everything we've done up to this point in the book has been using the XCode debug console to output information.  But in this chapter, we start to deal with files, and command-line arguments.

As I started to write the 16.6 "copy" program, I realized that I don't know how to run these programs from the command line.  Where are the executables?  They're not in the same project folder as the .m file, as shown in the book.  When I "Run" the program, where is the executable put?  How do I change that folder?

Look at the note on page 374.   Also, you can look at Xcode, Preferences, Locations to see where the executable is placed.
