Hah no, and t hat's a  great idea!   Of course, you can access the forum from the Safari browser, but there's no dedicated app.

Ok.  Just curious.  Accessing the forum via mobile Safari is a bit cumbersome (i.e. not built for the screen size, or touch).  Just did a quick Google search, and it looks like you can enable an SMF forum to work natively with the Tapatalk app for iPhone/Android/Blackberry.  It requires you to add a plugin to the site backend.  See this link:
