I've been trying to make time to do this.  For the programs in the early chapters, it's much better for you to type them in yourself so you can get used to recognizing and correcting syntax errors.  That's an important part of the learning experience.

I'm going through the entire book now, I'm around chapter 6, just having bought it the other day. I've typed up all the examples, and completed all the exercises. Bucweat, if you'd like what I have so far I'd be glad to get them to you, but I would also recommend actually going through and typing them up, and completing the examples.
