Get: The Objective-C Programming Language

Apple has a guide entitled The Objective-C Programming Language, downloadable as a PDF. It is a great companion volume to the text. You'll probably want to be somewhere around chapter 7 or so for it to make a lot of sense. But there are a lot of topics it elaborates on such as the why and how of custom initializers (9 pages worth!). It also helps put topics in a different perspective that's not always apparent as you go line by line through examples in a text.
