Hi Steve,

Well, I finally bit the bullet and ordered the 3rd edition from Amazon.com on Monday, and to my shock it arrived here in the UK this lunchtime.

Anyway, I have decided to mark the changes in the Errata section and am confused by this one.

The last sentence on page 93 for me is "This symbol is defined by a system header file...imported into your program."
