I think there is a problem with the question:

The first character in a string has an index number of 1
True
False


It requires an answer of true, though as I recall indexes are zero based (and so clicked false and got an incorrect message, I retried to double check it). After clicking the true option it says "The first character of a string has an index number of 0" which obviously contradicts the true/false selection. I tried running through it several times as I'm quite tired and thought i made a mistake but I'm pretty sure there is a typo in here.
